DHI Hungary is looking for a candidate to join DHI team of groundwater modellers!

Skills, qualifications and experience : Your attributes and accomplishments will include some combination of the following:
• Desire to work on national and international projects.
• Masters (or Doctorate) degree in hydrogeology or hydrology
• 5 years of experience in implementing groundwater or/and hydrogeological studies.
• Applicants should have a record of professional experience demonstrating technical report writing, project and technical engineering in the water resources field both in English and Hungarian languges
• Strong academic knowledge in one or more of: hydrogeology, hydrology
• Strong GIS use abilties
• GIS capabilities using both Open Source and proprietary solutions and related programming or scripting, along with knowledge of projections and mapping. Knowledge
of ESRI (ArcGIS, Python) technologies and processing is preferred.
• Strong data analysis skills including the application of Python, Pandas etc. to analyzing large data sets a plus.
• Willingness / ability to work togather and travel to DHI offices and job sites in Europe in 2019-2020.
• Motivation to grow and expand professionally and be willing to work independently or on a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to conduct effective client/stakeholder presentations and written report preparation is an advantage.
• Desire to work together with a local and international team of experts.
• English, Hungarian – Excellent spoken/written capabilities
• German and/or any other language is a plus.
