More DHI offices receive ISO 9001 certification

DHI France and DHI Germany recently passed their initial ISO 9001 audits successfully. Our other ISO 9001-certified offices include those in Australia, Denmark, France, Germany, India, Italy, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore and Sweden. Of these, DHI Singapore also has an environment (ISO 14001) and health & safety (OHSAS 18001) certificate.

Among the positive indications noted by our three-party auditors from DNV for the latest certifications in France and Germany were:

• our dedication to improve our quality of performance
• the high quality of our project execution process
• the extent to which we’ve implemented a paperless quality management system

These successful audits demonstrate that our business management system – the DHIBus – is well implemented in our organisation, facilitating effective cross-country cooperation within DHI Group.

It is our plan that the rest of the DHI offices will follow suit and receive their ISO 9001 certifications by the end of 2015. In so doing, our clients will eventually experience one common approach to quality, environment and health & safety management from DHI Group.
